OpenWeb PBX is a nonprofit, open-source project. This describes the project's mission; it is not a claim of registered-charity or tax-exempt status. The software and components retain their respective licences.
The public website distributes information and free software downloads. It does not contain an online checkout or sell a telephone number or carrier service. A separate provider's charges and terms apply to hosting, connectivity or telephone services supplied by that provider.
Privacy enquiries, including EU requests, can be sent to Leon Whitherall using the details above. His listed role is Information Officer and privacy contact; a South African address does not by itself establish a statutory EU representative.
