Cookies and local storage

The public openwebpbx.com website uses no advertising or analytics trackers. It uses browser local storage, rather than setting an HTTP cookie, for the choices below. Cookie/privacy rules can cover this type of device storage too. The controls apply on all public site pages.
Optional appearance storage is off until you choose it. Reject optional and Accept optional are available together. Downloads, legal information, desktop controls and the current page's theme switch work without optional storage. There is no consent wall and browsing or scrolling is not consent.

Local storage has no browser-managed expiry of its own. The site checks these expiry times and removes expired values when you next visit/use the controls. The choice may not persist if your browser blocks storage or you clear its data.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Privacy choices in any page footer, then reject optional storage or turn off Remember my colour theme and save. Withdrawal removes the saved theme. A minimal rejection record remains to respect your refusal. You can also clear this site's data through your browser's privacy/site settings. A fresh choice will then be requested on a later visit.
Changing theme without consenting affects only the displayed page. On a later visit the browser's light/dark preference is used unless you have permitted a saved theme. Essential choices do not enable analytics, marketing, fingerprinting or advertising.
Other services and future changes
The separately hosted PBX login may use essential authentication/security storage. Android permissions, incoming wake-up and PBX call recording have separate controls; this banner does not authorise those activities. External links and downloads use the destinations' own privacy terms.
Any future non-essential tracker or embedded service needs a new purpose assessment, an updated inventory and appropriate controls before it loads. Accepting the current appearance setting does not consent to future analytics or marketing.
